SUSS MicroTec Ranks First Place Again in VLSI Research 10 BEST Awards for Material Handling Suppliers
Fourteenth year that SUSS has been named to a 10 BEST list
Munich, GERMANY, June 29, 2007 - SUSS MicroTec AG announced today that it has once again been ranked first place in the renowned VLSI Research 10 BEST Customer Satisfaction Awards for Material Handling Suppliers. This marks the ninth year that SUSS MicroTec has been rated the top supplier of material handing equipment, and the fourteenth year SUSS has been included on a 10 BEST list. The 10 BEST Awards are compiled using responses from VLSI Research’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey on Chip Making Equipment. The survey’s respondents represent 95% of the world’s semiconductor market.
SUSS MicroTec received the highest scores among material handling suppliers in the three categories of field engineering support, technical leadership, and commitment. In addition, customers rated quality of results as SUSS’ personal best category.
