European research project within ENIAC (European Nanoelectronics Initiative Advisory Council) coordinated by SUSS MicroTec. Nineteen participants from industry and R&D with focus on new processes, equipment and material for 3D integration. http://jemsip3d.net
MALS (Mask Aligner Lithograpy Simulation)
