Image Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of SUSS MicroTec, has been serving the semiconductor industry since 1963. We are an innovative California based company and a leading photomask supplier to the Advanced Packaging and Bio-Technology markets with a global customer base.

Product offering range from 4-inch up to 14-inch photomasks on either quartz or soda lime material. Image Technology is the only company to offer FSLR14, which is ITI’s proprietary permanent clear and chrome repair for 14-inch photomasks. They also offer other, specialized services along with a proprietary coating called MPT™, which stands for Mask Protection Technology that is used by a number of companies as an anti-sticktion layer on their masks to reduce wafers from sticking to the photomask. Image Technology also utilizes advance Laser image writers along with a host of State-of-The-Art inspection and repair equipment to manufacture its products.
