To enable analytical tests of fully functional devices, SUSS MicroTec offers a truly portable probing platform that docks onto test heads from all leading vendors. This concept eliminates cabled interfaces between the probe system and the tester, making at-speed testing on a flexible analytical probe station possible.

The probe system docks onto the test head from above and uses interchangeable platens to accommodate various models. Since it can be easily moved around the test floor, the THP100 Test Head Probe System is perfect for bringing highly effective analytical probing to your device under test. Whats more, when used in conjunction with CAD navigation software, a motorized microscope movement and ProbeHeads™, the THP100 becomes a powerful failure analysis system.
