The PH350HF is a unique solution that is capable of placing heavy load-pull tuners and mm-wave modules close to the DUT for noise measurements as well as for probing up to 110 GHz. The low-profile design of the PH350HF positions these elements so close that cable lengths between the modules and the DUT are kept extremely short. This reduces insertion loss to a minimum and increases the accuracy of your measurements.
An additional benefit to this design is that when positioning the probe, the tuner moves with the manipulator and the cable stays steady, avoiding phase errors. Excellent engineering ensures that the measurements are precise, reliable and repeatable. Furthermore, SUSS engineers have designed the ProbeHead™ with built-in vibration damping, so your test setup remains stable even when using electromechanical load-pull tuners.
