The SUSS EP4 is designed for academic use, in order to familiarize students with probing. For this reason, the probe system has been reduced to its simplest form, making the prober quick and easy to use. Setup is complete in just 10 minutes, and then you can begin probing elementary components such as transistors or capacitors.
The complete probe station is delivered in one box and consists of a base machine, a chuck, a ProbeHead™ platen, SUSS ProbeHeads and a complete Motic SMZ 140 S Stereo Zoom microscope. The complete package is available in a DC or HF option.
