SUSS Group
The SUSS Group encompasses the SUSS MicroTec AG and its subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia, offering a wide range of process and testing solutions for fast growing markets and serving customers through a global network of sales offices and representatives.
Lithography, Bonder and Test Systems represent the group’s core business. Strongest division is Lithography with the development and production of mask aligners and coaters in Garching, Germany, and Vaihingen, Germany, accounting for almost 60% of total sales.
The Test Systems division in Sacka, Germany, focuses with its products on highly specialized analysis of electronic components with test devices (probers). As the fastest growing division of the group, the Bonder division develops and processes wafer bonders for high-volume markets in Waterbury (VT), USA.
With the development and production of precision photomasks in Palo Alto (CA) USA as well as high-quality micro-optical components in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, the SUSS group offers further solutions for the microelectronic industry.
The remanufacturing business of the SUSS product lines is operated from Oberschleissheim, Germany.
