The SUSS ProberBench™ control system is a powerful tool that uses optimally matched hardware and software components to provide fast and accurate prober response. The system is compatible with all SUSS probing products including the whole range of semiautomatic and fully-automated probers, manual probers with programmable microscopes and the SUSS line of automated ProbeHeads.
The SUSS ProberBench software, consisting of a Windows-based user interface, joystick controller and an electronics rack, is also the basis of all future products and interfaces with test equipment from all leading vendors. Special modules include Loader Module for automated wafer or device handling and the Vision Module which integrates the probe system with a pattern recognition hardware.
