Use and transmission of your personal data, specific purpose

We are delighted that you are visiting our website. The protection of your personal data is a special concern for us and we pay close attention to this matter.

You can generally visit our website without providing any personal data. There are times when we need your personal data, e.g. to send you requested information, offers, when processing service requests or job applications, and for the use of specific information such as technical details.

The use of certain areas that contain specialized information is possible only after successful user registration. The pages for entering your personal data are encrypted with SSL ("secure sockets layer," a network protocol for secure transmission of data over the Internet) and thus provide a high standard of safety. If you use these specific pages, we may collect information about your visit and evaluate this information to analyze user behavior, to provide you with marketing advice or to improve the page layout. By registering, you expressly declare that you consent to the storage and use of your information also for these purposes.

We retain the right to terminate access at any time by blocking the access data without having to provide the reasons. This is especially true if the user violates the provisions of this Privacy Policy, has violated his or her obligation to exercise due care in dealing with data, has provided false information when registering, or has not logged in over a longer period.

When submitting applications, we are entitled to use the data within the SUSS MicroTec Group. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we keep the application documents for future consideration.

SUSS MicroTec is a global company. To the extent permitted and required your personal data will be transmitted in connection with the performance of our contractual services or for the purpose of processing a request in other countries within the EU or also to our branch offices or to contractual partners outside the EU and used, stored and processed there, as necessary. We have taken care, by maintaining high security standards and by concluding agreements for data processing in accordance with the standard clauses of the European Union (2010), to ensure that your data is protected outside the EU to the same extent as in Germany. This is especially true for the transmission to our foreign subsidiaries. But even with contractual partners and external service providers, we have ensured through the conclusion of agreements for commissioned data processing that your personal data will be as protected as possible, even if data is transferred to third parties to fulfill our contractual obligations or to answer your request.

Personal data, to the extent it is required to process your request and/or fulfill the contractual services, will be provided at the required level to third parties (service providers, contractual partners) that we use to fulfill the contractual services, as necessary, for the required time.
For any questions concerning information, offers or services, we are entitled to pass on the information within the SUSS MicroTec Group or to those business partners responsible for these activities for the purpose of processing.

In addition to following up on a request or order transaction, we may contact you for the purpose of quality control or for references to other products or services of our company.

Your data will not be transmitted to third parties for their promotional purposes.
