RoHS and REACH conformity

We comply with the European RoHS Directive (Restrictions of Hazardous Substances), which regulates the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. We also meet the requirements of the European REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulation, which sets limits for critical substances. There is no obligation to register under the REACH regulation, as our semiconductor equipment is not intended for direct contact with humans or the environment.
