With over 900 m² at our SUSS Training Centers in Garching and Zhubei, your team builds practical capability on Advanced Backend Solutions equipment. Both locations are set up for focused, tool-based learning to support stable routines and smooth day-to-day operation.
In Garching near Munich, you train in five dedicated training areas across 700 m², built for hands-on learning on our Advanced Backend Solutions. The setup supports focused practice on real equipment, with the space and structure to turn training time into repeatable routines for daily operation.
In Zhubei, our Training Center offers two training areas across 200 m², tailored with a clear focus on our bonding solutions and projection scanners. You work close to the tool and build practical skills step by step. So your team applies proven procedures with confidence on the production floor.
