The rapid availability of spare parts is of particular interest to our customers. For this reason, SUSS attaches great importance to the optimal management of spare parts. Central Customer Care Centers serve as the point of contact for service enquiries and spare parts orders. The ordering processes run transparently via a globally standardised SAP platform. Our service branches act as regional warehouses for spare parts, while an optimised inventory is managed centrally at the production sites. These processes, which are organised according to the vendor-managed inventory principle, guarantee that all critical components are available regionally.

SUSS Training Center

Our Training Center with its two locations in Garching near Munich (Germany) and Zhubei (Taiwan) offers training and further education for our SUSS production systems, which are in demand worldwide.
