Yes, our training materials are available in English.

Upon request the training documentation could be provided in other languages.

Due to the high demand we recommend to register early in advance for trainings: approx. 3 to 4 months in advance. 

Our customer trainings are scheduled on request.

In general yes, but due to the extensive scope of the training courses, we recommend not scheduling the different machine training sessions back-to-back.   

Terms & Conditions for cancellation:  
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled start of the training.

In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled start of the training, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the training order value. 

The cancellation fee becomes due for payment 10 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. The customer is free to prove that SUSS has incurred no damage or only significantly lower damage. Further rights of SUSS remain unaffected. 

In case of rescheduling: Please inform us about your rescheduling plans via training-center@suss.com and we will find an alternative training date with you. 

 The easiest and fastest way from the Munich airport to the SUSS Training Center is by taxi. The Training Center address for taxi is Lilienthalstrasse 15A, 85368 Garching. 
Another opportunity is to take the underground line U6 direction to “Garching”. SUSS is located near to the station “Garching-Hochbrück”. You can take the bus line 290 from the underground station “Garching-Hochbrück” to the bus stop „Lilienthalstrasse”.

Whether you need a visa to enter Germany depends primarily on your nationality and the planned duration of your stay. EU citizens and nationals from certain non-EU countries (e.g., USA, UK, Japan, Australia) generally do not need a visa for short stays, while others require one. 
Of course we will provide an official invitation letter if requested. 

Yes, we have 8 reserved parking slots in front of the building (2 of them with charging station).

Most of our courses last 5-7 days.

Our classes are limited to 3 participants to ensure a calm and efficient learning.

 Every course includes a theoretical part, but the main part is hands-on training.

For Operator & Preventive Maintenance trainings (level 1) the participants do not need any prior experiences. But for attendance in Level 2 training prior completion of the corresponding Level 1 course is required.

 All training courses are held in consideration to the configuration of the customer tool.

Only upon request (depending on the recipe and wafer material). The actual focus of our training is on the SUSS machine hardware and software.

Every trainee gets a certificate of attendance after completing the training. 

No, this is only applicable for SUSS employees.

No, all our classes are present classes, due to the hands-on focus.

Only limited to basic level 1 training and upon request. The focus on hands-on training entails a risk of tool damage during practical exercises. 

We recommend to train on our training-dedicated machines. 

 Yes, a regular refresher training is recommended. Additionally, every trainee can register in an advanced course for further in-depth training. 

 The cost of the training depends on the machine type - we have training price lists for every machine. 

 The prices include hand-out materials, access to our e-Training platform and meals and beverages during training. However, travelling and accommodation expense of trainees are not included. 

 Special contracts or group packages upon request.  

Trainings have to be booked separately.

The Training Centers cover all common mature machine types and product lines.

Our training machines are updated regularly to cover the latest machine generations. If you have an older generation, please coordinate with us in advance. 

The Parameter settings courses are recommended for process engineers with a focus on operation and software settings. The Maintenance courses are recommended for equipment engineers (tool owners) with a focus on maintenance, hardware setup and troubleshooting.
